Shirauo-bashi toll gate is a control point on the Inner Circular Route, a major expressway passing through central Tokyo. The facility processes traffic flow and connects different sections of the urban expressway network.

Shirauo-bashi is a junction where the Inner Circular Route branch from Kyobashi JCT meets the Tokyo Expressway (KK Line). Drivers moving between the two roads took a transfer ticket and handed it to staff at Shiodome junction within 10 minutes, avoiding a second toll; ETC vehicles passed wirelessly. On 5 April 2025 the KK Line was closed except for the stretch between this junction and Higashi-Ginza exit, so the Shiodome-side junction shut and the Kyobashi-side one became a plain through point with free-flow ETC exit antennas.

The name Shirauo-bashi comes from the nearby bridge; shirauo means icefish. Until April 2025 drivers transferring between the Inner Circular Route and the KK Line received a transfer ticket, which had to be handed to staff at Shiodome toll gate within ten minutes to avoid a second toll. ETC users could pass without stopping.

Since 5 April 2025 the interchange toward Shiodome has been closed; only the section between this point and the Higashi-Ginza exit remains in use. Traffic from the Kyobashi Junction direction now simply passes through, where a free-flow antenna reads the exit toll for ETC vehicles. The former toll plaza has four booths.

Until April 4, 2025, drivers heading from the Inner Circular Route to the Shiodome junction could hand a transfer ticket to staff within ten minutes and avoid paying a second toll; ETC vehicles passed wirelessly. Since April 5, 2025, the Shiodome-side transfer point has closed, and the remaining facility is only a free-flow antenna point for ETC exit toll collection.
