The building offers easy access to public transit through nearby subway connections and houses multiple shops and restaurants across its floors. Visitors can navigate the underground passages smoothly by following signs that indicate connections to other areas of Ginza.
The building won the BCS Prize for its design that merges contemporary architecture with subtle references to Japanese aesthetic traditions. The facade and interior spatial arrangement display details that echo classical Japanese architectural principles.
