親縁寺, Buddhist temple in Totsuka ward, Yokohama, Japan.

Hozo-in temple stands within a 23,000 square meter compound, featuring a bell tower cast in the Kanei period and multiple prayer halls.

The temple dates back to 1319 when it was established during the Kamakura period, with monk Donkai credited as its founding figure.

The main hall houses a three-foot tall Amida Buddha statue, traditionally attributed to the master sculptor Unkei of the Kamakura period.

The temple provides memorial services and specific prayer ceremonies for newborns, with advance phone reservations required for all ceremonial activities.

The temple grounds contain several ancient burial mounds and a ginkgo tree with a fifteen-meter circumference, documented in historical records.
