米山大橋, Steel highway bridge in Kashiwazaki, Japan.

The Yoneyama Bridge stretches 278.95 meters across the Yanegawa River, featuring a distinctive red color against the Sea of Japan backdrop.

Built between 1964 and 1966, this bridge eliminated the need for vehicles to navigate steep slopes when crossing the river on National Route 8.

The bridge forms part of an area that includes the Cape of Lovers, Japan Sea Fisherman's Cape, and Kashiwazaki Salmon Hometown Park.

The bridge structure combines continuous steel welded steel floor plate box girders and continuous steel welded composite plate girders.

This bridge implements the only wind-based traffic restriction system in Japan, covering a 6.2-kilometer section during severe weather conditions.
