Jesselton Twin Towers

Jesselton Twin Towers is a residential complex in Kota Kinabalu consisting of two towers with 56 floors each and reaching 192 meters in height. The development includes amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and an observation area on the upper levels.

The towers began construction in 2018 as a residential development for Kota Kinabalu. Tower B was completed in December 2022, followed by Tower A in February 2023.

The towers reflect the connection between urban life and the surrounding landscape through their architectural forms. This relationship with nature is visible in how the building integrates visual references to the region's distinctive geography.

Recreational facilities like the swimming pool and gym are located on the tenth floor, while the observation area is positioned much higher up in the structure. Late afternoon visits to the upper levels offer the best experience, especially when the building's lighting display activates near sunset.

The rooftop features a glass structure that emits light at sunset, creating a beacon-like effect visible across much of Kota Kinabalu. This lighting display was intentionally designed to become a recognizable feature of the city's skyline.
