Jesselton Quay is a multi-purpose building rising along the waterfront of Kota Kinabalu, combining apartments, shops, and offices in one location. The structure spans 33 floors and features restaurants, retail spaces, and parking areas across its different levels.

Jesselton Quay takes its name from Jesselton, the British colonial name of Kota Kinabalu. Construction of the first phase began in 2015, and Jesselton Quay Central, with its 33-storey Citypads and Gallery Shoppes and an 8-storey corner office block, was completed and delivered in 2021. Phase 2, comprising Q Suites and a heritage streetmall, is scheduled for completion in 2028.

The name Jesselton Quay reuses Jesselton, the colonial name of Kota Kinabalu until 1968, tying the waterfront project to the city's port history. Phase 2 is planned around a heritage streetmall, a retail strip built to recall the old shophouse streets of the pre-war town.

The site is split between a finished first phase and a second phase still to come: Jesselton Quay Central, with its 33-storey Citypads and Gallery Shoppes and an 8-storey corner office block, was delivered in 2021, while Q Suites and the heritage streetmall are scheduled for 2028. Expect construction activity around the unfinished sections. The development stands on the Kota Kinabalu waterfront at the coordinates 5.99167, 116.08056, one of several waterfront revitalisation projects by different developers.

Jesselton Quay is one of four waterfront revitalisation projects, alongside Kota Kinabalu Convention City, Kota Kinabalu City Waterfront and One Jesselton Waterfront, each built by a different developer. Its MYR1.8 billion cost makes it the largest city project in Sabah, and its design was modelled on Singapore's Marina Bay Sands.
