Likas Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in the Likas Sports Complex in Likas, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Opened in 1983 and rebuilt in 2001 as a multi-purpose venue, it has a listed capacity of 20,787 seats, making it Malaysia's eighth-largest football stadium by seating capacity. It hosts football and athletics.

Likas Stadium opened in 1983 as a football-only ground with a small capacity. It was rebuilt in 2001 as a multi-purpose venue ahead of the Sukan Malaysia games, becoming the largest in Sabah with 22,000 seats. Sabah FA played here from 1995 until the team became a private club in 2021, and in 2023 the club and the Sabah government announced upgrades for the AFC competition.

The stadium is nicknamed "Rumah Sang Badak" ("The Home of Rhinos") after Sabah FC, whose rhino emblem gives the ground its Malay name. Since 1983 it has hosted Malaysia Cup and Super League fixtures, and it is also the home ground of the Sabah FA women's team in the National Women's League and the 2024 AFC Women's Champions League.
