Plaza Shell

Plaza Shell is a multi-purpose office tower in Kota Kinabalu combining workspaces, medical facilities, shops, and a car showroom. The building spans multiple floors with a contemporary design that accommodates different business needs in a single location.

The building opened to the public in November 2015 following its inauguration by Sabah's Chief Minister. This event highlighted the city's advancement toward modern business infrastructure and economic development.

Plaza Shell represents the evolution of Kota Kinabalu's business district, integrating international corporate standards with local commercial needs.

The building offers substantial parking with more than 500 car spaces plus additional motorcycle bays for easy access. Power backup systems and high-speed internet are available throughout, ensuring reliable operations.

The structure features special double-glazed glass windows that reduce heat and noise effectively. This insulation technology represented an innovation in local building practices when the tower opened.
