Jesselton Residences

Jesselton Residences is a residential tower development on the Kota Kinabalu waterfront comprising three 28-story buildings with integrated shopping facilities. The complex houses units of various sizes alongside an upscale commercial center, supported by amenities including an infinity pool, gym, sauna, and recreation areas.

Construction was awarded to French firm Vinci Grand Projects in 2014, with the complex receiving its occupancy certificate in early 2017. The development represents a major milestone in transforming Kota Kinabalu's waterfront into a modern mixed-use destination.

Jesselton Mall introduced the region's first upscale duty-free shopping experience, transforming how locals and visitors approach retail in Borneo. The integration of residences with commercial space created a mixed-use destination that shapes the waterfront's daily life.

The complex sits directly on the waterfront with convenient access to the harbor and downtown attractions. Its location offers open views of the water, nearby natural landmarks, and easy connections to other parts of the city.

Views from the units extend to Mount Kinabalu on the distant horizon, rising prominently above the city landscape. The Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park and Likas Bay are also visible from many of the residential floors.
