Thirty three Waterfalls

The natural formation features 33 separate cascades along the Dzhegosh Stream, creating a sequence of falls within the mountain landscape at 100 meters elevation.

The area gained status as a protected natural monument of Russia, marking the government's recognition of its ecological importance in the Western Caucasus region.

Local inhabitants regularly gather at the waterfalls during spring festivals to celebrate the seasonal increase in water flow from the Caucasus mountain snow melt.

Visitors can reach the waterfalls through established hiking trails from Bolshoy Kichmay, with guided tours available to explain the geological features.

Each of the thirty-three individual waterfalls maintains different heights and formations, creating distinct water patterns and sounds throughout the year.
