Pavillion Karelia

Pavillion Karelia is a neoclassical building located within the Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy in Moscow. Its white facade features symmetrical columns, large windows, and detailed stone carvings that frame the main structure.

The building was completed in 1954 as a showcase for the Karelia-Finnish Soviet Socialist Republic during the Soviet era. It served as part of the broader mission to display regional achievements at national exhibitions.

The pavilion displays traditional crafts and products that reflect how people in Karelia lived and worked with local resources. Visitors can see items that show the connection between the region's forests, water, and the skills passed down through generations.
