Villa Hjorth

Villa Hjorth is a cubic residential building on Djurgården with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood rooms with light and frame views toward the Baltic Sea. The house contains multiple bedrooms with private bathrooms, a full professional kitchen, and finishes in marble, walnut, and granite throughout.

Architect Curt Björklund designed the building in 1930 and named it after businessman Berndt August Hjorth. The project emerged during a period of active architectural development in Stockholm.

The villa represents Swedish architectural principles combining functionality with aesthetic elements through the use of marble, walnut, and granite materials.
