The three-story villa features light rose plastered facades, copper-clad turrets, and white-painted shutters overlooking Djurgårdsbrunnsviken from its elevated position.
Architect Ivar Tengbom designed this residence in 1919 for district court chief Knut Tillberg, with subsequent owner Axel Wenner-Gren acquiring it before 1925.
The Stockholm City Museum recognizes the building's architectural significance, noting its national romantic style and detailed craftsmanship throughout the structure.
Since 1993, the building at Laboratoriegatan 10 has served as the Embassy of South Korea, maintaining diplomatic functions in the Diplomatstaden district.
The villa's mirrored C-shaped floor plan wraps around a courtyard, incorporating a distinctive balcony and turret on its southern facade facing Nobelgatan.
