Villa Bonnier, Residential palace in Diplomatstaden, Stockholm, Sweden.
Villa Bonnier features red brick facades with copper details around the top windows and a framed screen roof at the main entrance.
Architect Ragnar Östberg designed this residential building in 1927 for book publisher Åke Bonnier and his wife Eva Bachner.
The interior contains murals created by Isaac Grünewald and artistic contributions from Bertil Lybeck, Yngve Berg, and Hilding Linnqvist.
The building now functions as an official residence for the President and Government of Representation in Sweden since its transfer to the state in 1981.
The garden layout resulted from a collaboration between architect Ragnar Östberg and garden architect Gösta Reuterswärd in 1925, before the villa completion.
