The cylindrical tower at 8 Shenton Way rises 234.7 meters with 52 floors, featuring a concrete core structure and steel beam construction.
Originally completed in 1986 as Treasury Building, the structure initially served as headquarters for Singapore's Ministry of Finance until its transfer to Temasek Holdings.
The building's design influenced Singapore's financial district development, marking the transition of Downtown Core into a modern business center.
The building contains 22 elevators, including 16 double-deck systems, serving three basement levels and providing access to multiple office spaces.
