Guoco Tower

Guoco Tower is a 64-story skyscraper reaching 290 meters tall that contains office spaces, residential apartments, retail areas, and a hotel within a single structure. The building combines different functions across its floors, from ground-level shops to upper residential and hospitality sections.

The tower was completed in 2016 and became the first building in Singapore to surpass the 280-meter height limit that had stood for three decades. This milestone marked a shift in how the city approached its architectural development and building regulations.

The building houses multiple dining venues serving local and international cuisine that become gathering spaces for workers and visitors throughout the day. These restaurants reflect the cosmopolitan food culture that characterizes Singapore's business districts.

The building sits directly above Tanjong Pagar MRT station, making it easily accessible by public transportation from anywhere in the city. Clear signage and accessible entrances guide visitors through the different zones for offices, shops, dining, and the hotel.
