Fuji Xerox Towers is a 38-story office building standing at 80 Anson Road, defined by its modern glass and metal facade that reflects contemporary business architecture. The structure reaches about 165 meters high and serves as a major commercial hub in the district with its vertical design.
The building was originally completed in 1987 as IBM Towers during Singapore's expansion of corporate office space. In 2004, Fuji Xerox became the major tenant and the building took on its current name.
The structure represented the evolution of Singapore's business district, marking the transformation from traditional shophouses to vertical commercial developments.
The location sits within walking distance of Tanjong Pagar MRT station and offers convenient access to multiple bus routes along Anson Road. The area is well-connected by public transport, making arrival straightforward from most parts of the city.
The building received the Energy Smart Label Award in 2005 from Singapore's National Environment Agency for implementing energy conservation measures. This recognition marked an early commitment to sustainable building practices that later became standard in the city's modern towers.
