This structure was completed in 2019 as part of Taichung's 7th Redevelopment Zone, marking a turning point in the city's urban growth. The project transformed the central business district with contemporary office architecture.
The structure draws design inspiration from traditional Chinese combs, visible in its rectangular form with softly curved corners. This approach connects contemporary office architecture to cultural heritage in a subtle visual way.
