La Bella Vita

La Bella Vita is a residential tower in Taichung that rises 128 meters (420 feet) with 33 floors above ground and 6 basement levels. Its distinctive honeycomb-patterned facade changes appearance throughout the day as it catches and reflects different qualities of light.

This residential tower was completed in 2020 during a period of rapid growth in Taichung's 7th District. Its location between City Hall and the National Taichung Theater reflects the area's shift toward contemporary urban development.

The building integrates Italian architectural principles with Eastern design elements through its vertical biospheres, indoor trees, and community-focused living spaces.

Residents enjoy shared facilities throughout the tower, including a library, gym, swimming pool, and communal gathering spaces spanning about 33,000 square meters. The building's layout connects multiple residential sections through a central core, making navigation straightforward.

The 168 housing units are organized within four distinct residential volumes connected through a central core, creating multiple three-story entrance lobbies. These lobbies function as social gathering points while keeping individual residences private and separate.
