Construction of this tower began in 2012 and finished in 2016 as part of an urban renewal initiative in Taichung. The project emerged during a period of intense vertical development across the city.
The building incorporates modern architectural elements that represent Taiwan's commitment to urban development and vertical residential spaces in the 21st century.
