Completed in 1984, the building served as headquarters for Intelstat, an international satellite communications organization established by eighteen countries in 1964.

The structure exemplifies high-tech architecture through its metallic finishes, modular design, and glass cupolas, reflecting the space technology advancement of its era.

Located at 3400 International Drive, the facility contains 546,000 square feet of office space spread across seven floors with natural light in seventy percent of areas.

The construction began with a satellite-triggered explosion, marking the first time space technology initiated the groundbreaking of an architectural project.
