Halliehurst mansion

Halliehurst is a large Victorian mansion in Elkins featuring multiple towers and elaborate roof structures. The estate spreads across rolling terrain and displays the intricate building style of the late 1800s.

The building was constructed in 1890 as a summer residence for a wealthy politician and later taken over by a college. Its conversion to administrative headquarters saved it from decline.

The grounds are visible from the street and sit in a quiet area of the college campus. Access may be limited since it functions as an administrative building.
