The Zeta Psi Fraternity House features rock-faced granite walls and spans two and a half stories on Lafayette College's campus at 49 South College Street.
The Tau Chapter of Zeta Psi, established in 1857 as the third fraternity at Lafayette College, constructed this house between 1909 and 1910 for $35,000.
The interior spaces include a reception hall, library, billiard room, and dining room, reflecting the social functions of early 20th-century fraternity life.
The building underwent a period as an all-male dormitory from 2015 until the fraternity's reinstatement during the 2018-2019 academic year.
William Marsh Michler and James Barnes Baker, both Lafayette College graduates and Zeta Psi members, designed this Colonial Revival and Arts and Crafts structure.
