The Gardens at Market Square

The Gardens at Market Square is a mixed-use building with 18 floors in downtown Pittsburgh that combines office spaces, retail areas, and integrated parking. The structure also includes an 11-story Hilton Garden Inn Hotel along with multiple levels serving both visitors and office workers.

This building was completed in 2016 and marks a period of urban development in Pittsburgh's Market Square district. Its completion represented the addition of new structures to the area while continuing the neighborhood's long-standing commercial tradition.

The ground floor retail spaces allow local businesses to connect with residents and workers passing through downtown. These areas shape how people experience the neighborhood and create a social meeting point throughout the day.

The building was constructed using prefabricated load-bearing wall panels and special sound-absorbing materials integrated throughout the structure. These construction methods enabled efficient building while creating comfortable acoustic conditions inside the spaces.
