525 William Penn Place, Office high-rise in Downtown Pittsburgh, United States
The 520-foot skyscraper contains 41 floors with 20 elevators and features a modernist design by Harrison & Abramovitz architectural firm.
Completed in 1951, this building ranked as Pittsburgh's second tallest structure until 1970 and remained the third tallest until 1984.
The tower represents the post-war architectural evolution of American cities, combining corporate functionality with mid-century modern design principles.
The building houses numerous businesses across its 950,000 square feet of office space, making it Downtown Pittsburgh's third-largest office building.
The structure received both an Energy Star label in 2008 and a Gold Level LEED certification in 2010 for its environmental performance.
