Casa de la Danza occupies a converted wine cellar from the 17th century, featuring exhibition halls filled with costumes, photographs, and dance memorabilia.
The building served as a wine cellar in the 17th century and became Spain's first museum dedicated exclusively to dance arts in 2003.
The museum maintains an archive containing thousands of dance references, including a sound library with 2,000 titles and a video library holding 1,800 recordings.
Visitors can explore the museum through guided tours from Monday to Friday, with free ballet screenings occurring three times per week at 17:30.
Each International Dance Day, the museum plants trees to honor deceased artists, creating a growing memorial forest with over 80 tributes.
