Cnicht North Top

Cnicht North Top is a mountain summit in the Moelwynion range of Wales that rises to 688 meters and features a distinct rocky outcrop at its peak. A small stone cairn marks the summit, and several hiking trails connect this peak to neighboring mountains in the area.

This summit was added to the Nuttalls list in 1993, a classification system for mountains in England and Wales that meet specific height criteria. This recognition helped bring attention to the mountain range among hiking enthusiasts.

The name Cnicht comes from Old English and means Knight, showing the linguistic ties that have linked Welsh and English-speaking communities in this region for centuries.
