Padepokan Sumber Karahayon Museum

Padepokan Sumber Karahayon Museum is housed in a residential building that displays collections of crafts, photographs, and personal belongings from different periods. The building was originally the residence of Ki Wiryodikarso, an important figure in the independence movement known locally as Mbah Pleret. His family donated the house to the Bantul Government in 1980 so the public could learn from this historical space.

The museum preserves the spiritual teachings of Ki Wiryodikarso, and visitors can see how local people continue to honor his memory through the space. The rooms reflect his influence on the community and the values he represented.
