Borj-e Sefid, Commercial tower in Pasdaran district, Tehran, Iran
Borj-e Sefid is a 134-meter-tall commercial tower with 22 floors in Pasdaran district, Tehran, mixing offices, shopping centers, and restaurants. The building provides parking on its lower five levels and houses 72 office spaces across nine floors.
Construction began in 1994 under developer Abdolhossein Farhadkhani's vision as the first large-scale high-rise in Tehran following the Iranian Revolution. This project marked a turning point for urban development and commercial growth in the city.
The tower shaped the Pasdaran neighborhood into a business hub and has anchored commercial development in this part of the city. Its white structure became a symbol of Tehran's post-revolutionary commercial growth.
The tower provides ample parking on its lower levels for visitors shopping or conducting business. The shopping centers and restaurants are spread across different floors, so exploring different areas takes time to navigate fully.
The building houses Iran's first revolving restaurant at its summit, rotating a full 360 degrees every 90 minutes. Diners can enjoy changing views of Tehran while eating without needing to move or change seats.
