Castello della Magione, Medieval commandry in Poggibonsi, Italy.

The Castello della Magione features a trapezoidal structure aligned with the River Staggia, containing an inner courtyard, convent premises, and guest rooms.

Originally donated in 1140 to the Monks of Saint Michael Abbey, the castle later served as a strategic outpost for Knights Templar along the Via Francigena.

The castle houses the Academy St. John, a publishing house, and the Jacques de Molay Foundation dedicated to preserving Templar history through research.

The castle maintains regular visiting hours and provides guided tours showcasing its Romanesque architecture, medieval halls, and historical documentation center.
