The Museo Belliniano occupies three main rooms and two adjoining spaces within the restored house where composer Vincenzo Bellini spent his childhood years.
The museum collection began in the nineteenth century with original manuscripts, personal items, and musical instruments belonging to the Italian composer Vincenzo Bellini.
The exhibition includes original musical scores, letters, furniture, pianos, and a death mask that document the professional development of this Sicilian composer.
Located at Piazza San Francesco 3, the museum opens Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
The museum contains the original piano on which Bellini composed his first melodies at age six, marking the start of his musical journey.
