Osaka Prefectural Flowers Garden is a botanical garden in Kawachinagano spread across 10 hectares with sections dedicated to roses, peonies, plums, and hydrangeas. A large greenhouse houses several hundred plant species from different climates and regions.
The garden opened in September 1990 and became an important horticultural institution in Osaka Prefecture. Since then it has served as a center for plant research and gardening education in the region.
The garden maintains a specialized library containing 5,000 books, reference materials, and magazines focused on plants and gardening knowledge.
