スフィアタワー天王洲, Skyscraper in Tennōzu Isle, Japan
Sphere Tower Tennōzu is a 28-story office building with 2 basement levels located in Tokyo's Shinagawa district on Tennōzu Isle. The tower reaches approximately 118 meters tall and features a glass and metal facade with modern interior spaces designed for corporate use.
The tower opened in April 1993 as part of Tokyo's waterfront development push during that decade. It received major structural upgrades in 2008 and 2015 to strengthen its earthquake resistance and meet updated safety codes.
The building incorporates granite-embedded precast concrete and aluminum electrolytic coloring curtain walls, reflecting Japanese architectural precision.
The building sits directly beside Tennōzu Isle Monorail Station and is within a short walk of the Rinkai Line for easy transportation. Multiple entrances serve different purposes and make navigation straightforward for visitors and commuters.
The building has an unusual stepped design where even-numbered floors measure around 825 square meters while odd-numbered floors are about 990 square meters. This alternating pattern provides different space options for varying office needs and organizational layouts.
