Hiromitsu Ochiai Baseball Hall

The Hiromitsu Ochiai Baseball Hall displays personal items, game uniforms, photographs, and signed baseballs from this celebrated Japanese baseball player's career.

The museum opened its doors on November 18, 1993, to commemorate Hiromitsu Ochiai, who achieved three Triple Crown titles during his professional baseball career.

The museum documents the evolution of Japanese baseball through the career of Ochiai, who maintained a .311 batting average with 2,371 hits and 1,564 RBIs.

Located in Wakayama Prefecture, the museum offers guided tours and educational programs about baseball techniques, statistics, and professional achievements.

The collection includes artifacts from Ochiai's time as both player and manager, including memorabilia from his 2007 championship victory with the Chunichi Dragons.
