The tower belongs to a complex designed as a Modern Urban Village, incorporating 24,000 square meters of green spaces and a central gathering plaza.
The building combines office spaces on lower floors with residential units from the 56th to 65th floor, accommodating 20,000 workers and 3,500 residents.
The structure operates with 100% renewable electricity and features an underground walkway system connecting multiple transportation stations in Minato-ku.
