Azabudai Hills Mori JP Tower

Azabudai Hills Mori JP Tower is a 64-story skyscraper in Minato-ku serving as the centerpiece of a larger complex. Lower floors contain office spaces while upper floors hold residential units, all surrounded by green areas and public gathering spaces throughout the site.

The project emerged after decades of planning and required coordination with hundreds of property owners in an area marked by older wooden buildings. This transformation of a historically developed neighborhood into modern architecture represents a major urban development effort.

The complex takes its name from the azaleas native to this neighborhood. Visitors and residents can be seen gathering in the central plaza and using the green spaces for casual meetings and rest.

The location is easy to access thanks to underground walkways connecting multiple transportation stations, making navigation straightforward. Note that entry to certain areas may be restricted, so it is wise to check current access guidelines before visiting.
