The building was constructed in 2003 through a partnership between Samsung Japan and Mitsui Real Estate on the former site of IBM headquarters.

The structure incorporates modern Japanese architectural elements while serving international residents with 54 Oakwood serviced apartments on its upper floors.

The building connects directly to Roppongi-Itchome Station and stands within walking distance of two additional metro stations for efficient transportation access.

The building combines commercial office spaces from floors 5 to 20 with residential units from floors 22 to 27, creating a vertical mixed-use development.
