Toranomon Twin Building, Contemporary high-rise tower in Minato, Japan.
Toranomon Twin Building is a modern 49-story high-rise in Tokyo's Minato district that combines office spaces, retail shops, and a hotel with one of the city's largest wellness facilities. The structure reaches 266 meters and integrates a naturally lit transit plaza that connects multiple subway lines.
Planning for the project began in 2016 with the formation of a preparations committee. Construction started in 2019 and the building opened to the public in 2023.
TOKYO NODE occupies the top four floors, providing 10,000 square meters of space dedicated to business meetings, artistic exhibitions, and technological innovations.
The building connects directly to multiple subway lines through a central transit area. Visitors can easily move between public transportation, shops, and recreational facilities within the complex.
The building features an elevated pedestrian pathway that separates walking routes from vehicle traffic. This design choice improves safety and makes movement around the district noticeably easier.
