Kuzuha Tower City, Skyscraper in Kuzuha, Japan.
Kuzuha Tower City is a glass and steel high-rise in the Kuzuha district of Osaka Prefecture, Japan. The building combines residential, office, and retail floors under one roof and connects directly to Kuzuha Station.
The building opened in 1995 and was one of the first large mixed-use towers to appear in the Kuzuha area. It was built during a period when many Japanese suburban train corridors were being redeveloped around station hubs.
Inside, you find small gardens and quiet spaces tucked between the shops and restaurants on different levels. These areas follow Japanese design traditions and give visitors places to pause and breathe during their time there.
The building is accessible directly from Kuzuha Station through a covered walkway, so you never have to step outside. Arriving by train is the most straightforward option, as the entrance is right at the station exit.
The tower is considered one of the first buildings in Japan to bring together housing, offices, and shopping inside a single suburban tower structure. This model was later adopted in many other Japanese station districts across the country.
