Kuzuha Tower City

Kuzuha Tower City is a tall glass and steel building that rises 170 meters high with a modern design featuring geometric patterns across its exterior. Inside are around 120 retail stores, 50 restaurants, and spaces organized across multiple levels with different functions.

The building was constructed in 1995 during a period of modern urban development in Japan and marked an early sign of tall buildings appearing in this district. This construction represented a turning point in how the area grew and changed its landscape.

Inside, you find small gardens and quiet spaces tucked between the shops and restaurants on different levels. These areas follow Japanese design traditions and give visitors places to pause and breathe during their time there.

You can walk directly from Kuzuha Railway Station into the building through an underground passage without going outside. This makes it easy to arrive by train and immediately start exploring the shops and restaurants.

The building houses Japan's first vertical shopping street, where stores are connected by a spiral walkway that winds through eight consecutive floors. This unusual layout creates a shopping experience that feels different from a typical mall.
