Kajplats 6, Residential tower in Liljeholmskajen, Sweden
Kajplats 6 is a 26-story residential tower reaching approximately 90 meters above the waterfront at Årstaviken. The facade is clad in ceramic tiles of varying colors and textures, giving the structure a visually varied appearance.
Construction began in September 2017 and was completed in 2020. The project was part of a broader transformation of the Liljeholmskajen district into a modern residential neighborhood.
The building represents modern Stockholm residential design and shows how contemporary city development creates new ways of living. The colorful ceramic tiles on the exterior have become a defining feature of the area.
The building is equipped with four elevators and features a central stairwell for daily access. Keep in mind that this is a private residential building with access limited to residents and their guests.
The top of the building houses a glass-enclosed restaurant that appears to float above the city after dark. This two-floor dining space offers an unexpected place to eat with views across Stockholm.
