Hapsiyaş bridge

Hapsiyaş Bridge spans the Solaklı Stream with its distinctive red-tiled roof, wooden structure, and stone foundations measuring approximately 20 meters in length.

Built in 1935 by Abdülaziz Sandıkçı during the Republican era, the bridge served pedestrians, animals, and vehicles crossing between Cumapazarı and Bölümlü neighborhoods.

Known locally as Kiremitli Bridge due to its red tile roof, this structure represents traditional Turkish bridge architecture combining wood and stone materials.

Located 64 kilometers from Trabzon city center and 25 kilometers from Uzungöl, the bridge connects rural communities along the Of-Dernekpazarı route.

This bridge maintains its original 1935 design with large wooden logs and clay tiles, making it one of Turkey's few preserved covered bridges.
