Mount Bushnell State Park

Mount Bushnell State Park is a woodland area spanning over 200 acres of undeveloped terrain in Washington. The site stretches across elevated elevation with multiple forest types and various hiking routes for visitors.

Connecticut acquired the original property in 1916 to protect the forested land and established the foundation for a nature preservation area. The site grew over decades through additional land purchases to reach its current size.
