Seip House, Historic house in Chillicothe, United States.
The Seip House stands as a two-and-a-half story brick building with slate roofing, constructed upon a sandstone foundation at 345 Allen Avenue.
Charles Seip, who immigrated from Germany in 1845, built this residence in 1895 on the former location of his successful butcher shop.
The residence represents Queen Anne architectural style from the late 19th century, featuring ornamental details and asymmetrical design elements throughout the structure.
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources acquired the property in 1955 and converted the building into regional forestry headquarters offices.
