Currently functioning as office space, the structure contains an elevator, central hallways, and fire-resistant materials such as iron, steel, and tiling throughout its floors.
The architects positioned service facilities on the south side specifically to reduce noise from passing ore cars, demonstrating industrial adaptation in design.
