Chart House, Historic warehouse and restaurant at Long Wharf, Boston, US

The Chart House occupies the Gardiner Building, offering waterfront dining with views of Boston Harbor through its large windows and stone walls.

Built in 1830 as a counting house for maritime trade, this granite structure stands as the oldest remaining building on Long Wharf.

The restaurant maintains its maritime heritage while serving contemporary seafood dishes and steaks in a restored nineteenth-century warehouse setting.

The restaurant opens daily from 4:30 PM, with extended hours starting at 11:30 AM on weekends, accepting reservations at (617) 227-1576.

The granite building features original wooden beams, exposed brick walls, and harbor-facing windows that frame passing ships and boats.
