Kush Kalyan

Kush Kalyan is a mountain trek in the Garhwal Himalayas that passes through thick forests and high alpine meadows at elevations around 3400 meters. The trail connects several villages and offers changing landscapes as you gain elevation along the route.

The route follows ancient trade paths that have connected mountain villages in the region for many generations. These paths were important for commerce and connections between communities and the valley below.

Local villages along the trek route maintain traditional farming practices on terraced fields and preserve mountain customs through their daily activities.
