The King Hussein Mosque spans 60,000 square meters with four minarets and features marble floors throughout its three-story building structure.

The mosque, constructed in 2005 under King Abdullah II's reign, stands as a tribute to the previous monarch, King Hussein of Jordan.

The mosque contains the Prophet Mohammad Museum, displaying artifacts including a strand of his hair and a letter to the Byzantine Emperor.
