Saqer Al-Jazirah Royal Air Force Museum, Aviation history museum in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
The Royal Saudi Air Force Museum features multiple display halls containing aircraft, engines, weaponry, uniforms, and military decorations from different periods.
The museum, inaugurated on January 24, 1999, documents the evolution of Saudi aviation from its beginning in the 1920s through modern times.
The exhibits highlight Saudi Arabia's military aviation developments and include a section dedicated to Prince Sultan bin Salman's space mission aboard Discovery STS-51-G.
Located on the East Ring Road between exits 10 and 11, the museum opens from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
A former Lockheed L-1011 Tristar passenger aircraft from Saudia airlines stands at the entrance, marking the museum's location from the ring road.
