The restaurant was founded by Costas Spiliadis and represents an expansion of the original Montreal location, established in 1979. This Dubai outpost continues the Mediterranean cooking tradition that has defined the original since its beginning.
The name derives from Greek, meaning 'banquet' or 'feast'. The concept brings together traditional Mediterranean ingredients with a contemporary space that guests experience as a refined dining destination.
The open kitchen area allows visitors to watch chefs at work and follow the preparation of their dishes. The design with large glass surfaces and the central platform creates an open and connected dining experience for all guests.
Guests select their meals directly from a fresh seafood display featuring Greek oysters, langoustines, and various fish types. The kitchen then prepares the chosen seafood as desired through grilling, baking, or curing methods.
