Opening in 2025 within the Mandarin Oriental Marrakech, the restaurant quickly established itself under the guidance of Chef Li Hengfei, who brings over 15 years of traditional Chinese culinary expertise.
The restaurant embraces the Japanese Izakaya concept combined with Cantonese traditions, emphasizing shared small plates that encourage communal dining experiences and social interaction among guests.
Operating hours run from 7 PM to midnight daily, with special dim sum sessions every Monday and Tuesday from 7 PM to 11 PM, and reservations available through direct contact.
Every Wednesday from 7 PM to 11 PM, Ling Ling hosts an exclusive Chef's Table experience accommodating 8 to 10 guests with innovative menus crafted in an intimate private setting.
