Bornholm Beach

The beach extends for 2.5 kilometers along the southwestern coast, featuring steep slopes that rise between 80 and 100 meters from the shoreline.

The beach maintains its original natural state from the formation of West Cape Howe National Park, preserving the coastal environment of Western Australia.

Local fishermen gather at this shore throughout the year to catch salmon, maintaining a long-standing tradition of coastal fishing in Western Australia.

Access requires a four-wheel drive vehicle through Lake William road at the eastern end or Shepherds Lagoon road toward the center section.

The surf zone spans 200 meters with waves exceeding 2 meters, creating three central rips and permanent reef-controlled rips at both ends.
